Happy 1st Birthday Coby!

Our little Coby turned 1 on March 30th and we can't believe how fast this year went. In a way, it was nice that time went quickly, at least for the first 5 months. Coby was our HARDEST baby by far. From the time he was born until he was 5 months old, if he wasn't eating or sleeping, he was screaming. Then, I started taking herbs that seemed to help him, but as soon as he became mobile, things made a 180 degree turn. He is now our happiest baby. He is always smiling, talking and giggling. He is such a joy to our family (and would be even if he was still screaming). He is walking now and it's fun to see him stand up and walk all over the house.

Here is a picture of our Coby last year on his birthday, only 3 hours old. Baby #3 and still a little miracle from heaven.

Coby and Talon. Tal and Kaleb are so good. They never say a word about not getting presents on another's birthday. They just gladly help open them.

Josh and Kaleb. I think they are enjoying the party, except for the fact that Kaleb is sawing logs. He is completely out on Josh's lap. He fell asleep while he was chewing a bite of dinner. Poor guy.

Uncle Chet and Uncle Matthew. Matthew came into town to spend the weekend with us and help us celebrate Coby's birthday. We love it when he visits!

I made Coby his own tiny cake for his special day. He devoured it after we forced the first bite into his mouth. Sometimes we have to do that so he knows that it tastes good. Happy Birthday Buddy!!
