We've had quite the exciting summer so far this year. We made our second trip to the emergency room with Kaleb a week ago. This time for a broken collar bone. Poor kid fell off of our bed this time. He landed on his already casted left side and couldn't catch himself. He now has to wear a sling to try to keep his shoulder as immobile as possible. You know how kids are though, they don't slow down for a second. He is a good boy though and wears his sling faithfully. 3 more weeks in the cast and hopefully shoulder and wrist will be doing better.

Here we are back at the orthopedist having his old cast removed. We couldn't keep his arm in a sling because there wasn't much of a bend in his old cast. So they put a short arm cast on him.

And now for the new cast. This time he decided on a red cast with a blue stripe. Kind of fun huh?
Just a little side note on poor Kaleb. To make things even worse, he fell down the stairs on Wednesday and tonight he fell down and has a nice goose egg on his forehead. Poor kid can't catch a break.

maybe put him in some bubble wrap maybe that will help him!!! poor kid!!! hopefully he'll get better soon!!!
